Mr. Jamal Ashraf, Managing Director and Mr. Vikash Kumar, Chief Technical Officer of TGAYS Technology were one of the chief guests invited in the Start Up Summit organized by Gopal Narayan Singh University, Rohtas in the December month. Mr. Ashraf had a discussion with the University Director, Dean and students about how the Universities are adapting towards preparing their students for Entrepreneurship. Mr. Ashraf and Mr. Kumar also met Mr. Ravi Ranjan, Business Ex-Advisor, Shark Tank India and had an interaction on encouraging Start-up ecosystem in the state.
Our company had a collaboration with Dubai based company KIAGTS LLC as their technology partner. Mr. Francis Wills, the managing partner of the Company from Dubai visited our office in Noida to have a discussion about this collaboration process and the memorandum of understanding (MOU).
During the meeting, both companies discussed future technology initiatives, project opportunities, and long-term cooperation. This collaboration aimed to strengthen our global presence and create new possibilities for delivering innovative technology solutions to international clients.
In co-ordination with a few more companies and Lets Inspire Bihar, TGAYS Technology have facilitated and helped in organizing an Entreperenueship Global Summit on 5th June 2022 at Hotel Maurya in Patna.

We recently organized an impactful Career Clarity Session, a dedicated initiative focused on helping students gain clear direction, confidence, and a practical understanding of today’s evolving career landscape.
Students from Galgotias University (Greater Noida), Vellore Institute of Technology (Tamil Nadu), and IIHS Ghaziabadenthusiastically attended the session, making it highly interactive and insightful.
Their sessions provided students with clarity on industry expectations, career transitions, skill-building, and long-term growth strategies.
Students received structured and practical career roadmaps, helping them understand different career paths, required skills, and future opportunities aligned with their interests.
An open discussion forum allowed students to ask questions related to careers, skills, higher education, and industry challenges. Each query was addressed with clear, experience-backed solutions.
To promote innovation and practical thinking, a hackathon was conducted where students actively participated, applied their knowledge, and worked collaboratively on problem-solving tasks.
The top five performers of the hackathon were recognized and awarded gifts, motivating students to push their limits and celebrate excellence.
